When printing checks within your accounting software you merely choose to print to the MultiCHAX™Virtual printer then your software starts to print, MultiCHAX™ automatically determines which bank account you are using and prints the full check image including the MICR characters. Logos, signatures and form overlays may be scanned to jpeg, gif, or bmp format files. These may be stored on USB storage for extra security. No special printing hardware is required. The MultiCHAX™ system enables you to choose any of four different formats which include 3 to a page, bottom check, middle check, or top check configurations.

You no longer have to worry about inventorying different forms for different bank accounts or different purposes. With MultiCHAX™ you can print blank checks and wallet size checks for manual check writing. Also, you can create deposit tickets for any of your accounts. You only need to stock blank check and deposit ticket forms.

The MultiCHAX™ system is networkable and the encrypted databases used internally by MultiCHAX™ are designed for multi-user access. As checks are written, a database is updated adding an entry for each check printed by MultiCHAX™. This file is encrypted and password protected.The MultiCHAX™ user “administrator”may change this password so
that the file is in fact a secure audit trail of checks produced by the system. MultiCHAX™can support the use of the additional fraud prevention of “Positive Pay” systems offered by many banks. You can automatically print up to three extra copies of checks on plain paper (using an alternate
paper tray on your printer) for your filing requirements.
